Recyclart zooms in on the landscape

Since the exhibition series can finally truly call itself the "Summer" of Photography, nothing is standing in the way of a festive approach of the subject. And Recyclart is doing just that with a projection of work by fourteen photographers. Next Thursday 26 July at 8 pm, Andrejs Strokins, Pieter Van Bruyssel, Rrony Smedts, Nicholas Hugues, Wouter Van de Voorde, Tom Hull, Louise Bossut, Jennifer Ray, Dieter De Lathauwer (winner of this year’s Bozar Photography Award), Javier Marquerie Thomas, Maud Van Haegenborgh, Maaike Vergouwe, Daan Zuiderwijk, and Christopher Woodcock will all be presenting their visions of landscapes, with appropriate musical backing. You can expect visual journeys that will bring you in places where the borders between nature and the city get blurred or accentuated, where the urban setting is inviting people to have a picnic, where smoke-filled rooms breathe a magical atmosphere, and where the night urges people to go out and explore… Well, go out and explore!
